Infant feeding and The fourth Trimester - Course content:
This course will teach you how babies transition from birth to Breastfeeding, using their innate ‘breast crawl’ reflexes, thus setting them up for successful milk transfer in the weeks to come.
Deepen your understanding of the Fourth Trimester; including early feeds in the first few hours and days, right up to practical positioning when out and about feeding in public.
Through simple to follow films our ‘how-to’ guides will have positioning like a pro in no time.
We acknowledge that sometimes not everything always goes to plan with birth and infant feeding, which is why we include a module on not just possible problems you might face, but also the solutions! We will also signpost you as to when and where to access further support should you need it.
This course will support you, whether it is your first baby or your fourth!
